Wine and Food Pairing Flights

Each month we will feature four set wines with a perfect food pairing for each wine. The menu is pre-set and will showcase the bounty from the Creston Valley producers.

Food pairings are appy-sized. You are welcome to order additional food and desserts from our Charcuterie menu.

We will be offering 2 sittings on our beautiful covered patio overlooking the vineyard and Skimmerhorn mountains between 12pm until 2pm and 3pm until 5pm (please note that the winery closes at 5pm).

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

We have Kids flights available from the winery, you can order that on the day. They include 3 Italian sodas and 3 snack pairings.

Récolte Blanche - Chicken and apricot meatball with smoked sage

Gewürztraminer - Lychee Macaron

Florence Rosé - Lime and cilantro white bean dip with pita

Pinot Noir - Brie cheese with a rosemary and sea salt dark chocolate

Récolte Blanche - Sharp cheddar with honey and coffee grounds

Pinot Gris - Pickled beet and Scottish crowdie mini salads

Chardonnay - Gnocchi with sage butter and a slice of dry sausage

Pinot Noir - Blackcurrant macaron

Saturday, August 6th

Récolte Blanche - Pear wrapped in prosciutto

Gewürztraminer - Cheese pairing with a apple slice and balsamic

Pinot Gris - Crispy duck served on a cracker with spiced carrot puree

Pinot Noir - House brined, smoked olives
