AD OPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Option 1
You Supply Your Ad
  • Submit high-resolution (300 dpi) PDF, TIFF, or JPEG (Word docs not accepted)

  • Ensure correct sizing and resolution (full-page ads require .125” bleed)

  • We double check ad specs; if no issues ad is finalized for print.

Options 2
We Design Your Ad Free
  • Provide your logo (EPS, PDF, or SVG)

  • Share your business info (location, hours, contact, services, etc.)

  • Include a short tagline or call to action

  • Submit high-resolution photos (optional)

  • Receive a proof with one round of free revisions before being finalized for print.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR AD

 

So you have decided on an ad size and how you want to design it and now want to book your ad? Read below on how to complete that:

  1. Click the button below and fill out the booking form before February 1st. 

  2. We’ll contact you for design files or ad details by February 7th

  3. Pay by cheque or e-transfer before the deadline of March 7th

  4. Approve your ad proof before the guide goes to print between March 15-21st

  5. Enjoy seeing your ad in the guides when they arrive and are distributed in April!​

Last year, ad space sold out before the booking deadline — so don’t wait to secure your spot! Review the info below to find out how.

  • Ad Booking Deadline: February 1, 2026

  • Final Ad Submission: February 7, 2026

  • Payment Deadline: March 1, 2026

  • Printing: March 15–21, 2026

  • Distribution: April 2026 – March 2027

** 5% a month late fee will be charged to invoices not paid by payment deadline. GST will apply to above pricing.
