AD OPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

You Supply Your Ad
  • Submit a high-resolution (300 dpi ) file saved as pdf, tiff or jpeg format. Word documents are not accepted.

  • Ensure correct sizing and resolution (full page ads require .125” bleed).

  • We double check ad specs; if no issues ad is incorporated into guide.

We Design Your Ad Free
  • Provide your business logo in a vector format (EPS, PDF, SVG).

  • Share your business info (services, hours, location, website, contact info, etc.) and a short tagline or call to action (eg. Book Your Room Today!).

  • You can submit high-resolution photo (300 dpi in pdf, tiff, or jpeg format).

  • We draft ad for your review, do one free round of changes and then finalize your ad for print.

** 10% a month late fee will be charged to invoices not paid by payment deadline. GST will apply to above pricing.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR AD

 

So you have decided on an ad size and how you want to design it and now want to book your ad? Read below on how to do that:

​

  • Click the button below and fill out the booking form before February 1st. 

  • We’ll then reach out for your ad design info or submission before February 7th.

  • Receive and pay your invoice by Cheque or Electronic Money Transfer before March 7th.

  • Review the PDF proof of your ad before the guide goes to print in mid to late March.

  • Enjoy seeing your ad in the guides when they arrive and are distributed in April!​
