explore Creston Valley Website Redevelopment RFP — Aug 1st, 2025 (Now Open)

Creston Valley Tourism Society (CVTS) is seeking an experienced digital agency to redesign and rebuild ExploreCrestonValley.com — our primary consumer-facing tourism site. The successful proponent will deliver a mobile-first, WCAG-AA-accessible platform that features:

  • Business & attraction directory

  • Events calendar with public-submission form

  • Blog / media library

  • Embedded maps, AI search & chatbot

  • Multi-user CMS for easy content updates

  • Google Analytics 4 + Looker Studio integration

​

* Nice-to-haves: itinerary builder, multilingual toggle (FR/DE/ES), mobile app, e-commerce storefront

​

Budget: up to CA $20,000 (plus taxes)

​

Key Dates

  • RFP issued - 1 Aug 2025

  • Written questions due - 18 Aug 2025 @ 17:00

  • Optional 15-min clarification calls - 20–30 Aug 2025
