Using the support of props we will release ourselves to the blissful peace that comes from complete rest. By surrendering the body and mind to relaxation, one can become open to their subconscious. We will perform a limited number of poses while the mind takes a journey though meditation and visualization. Prepare to leave class reconnected with your mind, body, and soul. Please bring a yoga mat and a closed water bottle.
