Located on 26 acres of agricultural land in Erickson, Spectrum Farms is a social enterprise project providing meaningful employment and learning opportunities for persons with Diverse Abilities.
At their storefront the farm sells fresh fruits and vegetables as well as eggs, lamb meat and wool, dehydrated soups and freeze-dried berries.
